Each season we choose one “model” image to be our featured hero. Our summer season is coming soon, and we’d love to hear which one you think it should be. Let your voice be heard! (Please vote only once.)

#1 she looks like a natural beauty. Makes me wish I could surf, beautiful
She’s glowing in the warm sun , love the suit too!
Image 4 s the best it’s fun, colorful, action with different body types.
#4! It is a fun shot I could see myself being part of. Turning 59 and working to stay fit and healthy waring fun clothes draws me to your line. I love your clothes. However I agree that the ads do not reflect how I nor many of my friends look in them. A slight flair for forgiveness at the middle and thighs is welcome as well as a slightly longer cut on skirts/skirts/dresses. Thoughts for future lines!
Thanks Brenda. We’ll pass that on to our product development team!
Image one and five show women engaged in an activity that showed some skill or dedication. Best if woman was actually surfing instead of carrying a board. Can’t imagine a male in this same shot. He would be on his board in a wave. I voted #5. She was actively doing a “sport”. The other shots were showing off clothes?
My vote is – 4
I only get one pic to vote for – where are the rest?

Agree your comments Holly. It’s been a long journey to get 1) athletic models to show athletic wear in marketing, 2) acknowledgement there are women who are athletic as part of their weekly lives, not just when you are 20-something and generally more carefree, 3) basic acknowledgement that “real women” don’t look like the models (uneven success here). At the tennis courts where I play, there are plenty of 40- and even 50-something women in great shape, and still competing in leagues sports. And we have more money to buy nice sportswear that makes us feel good about how we look. It would be nice to see that acknowledged by the sportswear makers. This has been a decades long issue with the male dominate companies, I did not expect to get the same “point of view” in women driven marketing. I am pleased to see companies like Title 9 in the market, with great fabrics and products cut for women, and I have been a regular buyer from the very beginning. But the models on your covers have not aged at all, neither with your company, or a key segment of your market.
Hi Charlie, thanks for your comments! And thanks for being with us from the beginning. You’d be surprised how many of our models have been with us for years too (they’d be happy to hear you say they haven’t aged – though I’m sure they’d argue with you). Our “model” Caitlin – featured prominently in our current catalog – has been with us for 10 years! We appreciate your reminder to always be updating our POV. We are very proud of all of our models, but we agree there’s always more to do.

You have great looking women. They might be real women but they have no body fat. How about some fit, middle aged women who look like us?
I agree!!
Hi Holly, thanks for your comment. You’d be surprised how many of our real-women “models” are exactly what you describe:”fit, middle-aged women.” We’ve got models in their 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s. Quite uncommon in our industry! We also invite all of our customers to post images of themselves in our gear on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Our favorite models are our customers of all ages and sizes, and we love you off on our social media!
