Working Out
A half Ironman in May with my most craziest bestest friend ever!
I’m a cyclist and rode 206 miles in one day….certainly I can add a little swim and run with some bike miles…right?
Heck ya, you can Becki!!! Good luck, lady! You’ll be great!
Trying to be ready for an ultra run…Just one step at a time!
Getting ready to start organizing our first ever charitable run for the Farm! Want to use elements of a dirty girl run and all 28 acres of our property! Hoping the horses can have a hand (hoof) in it as well!
I am ready to wear my Carve swimsuits in Moorea in 12 days!!!
Too long-sorry
I am a single mom in her early 50’s who has been working on breaking out in the art scene. I recently moved to the Olympic peninsula after 32 years in mostly rural AK. near Denali Nat’l Park. Change is good! Part of my whole scenario is the incredibly fun outfits i wear. I had a fire 6 years ago next week and decided that was the start of my Phoenix stage. Had to get all new clothes anyway, and with some of the gut problems and surgeries i had, pants were no longer my thing, Someone introduced me to skorts and i haven’t looked back since. And then i discovered sno-smart over skirts, and i could wear skorts years round-even in AK! I had some folks generously donate money (and clothing and food and more but,) and i finally had an excuse to get some great Title 9 clothes that fit my Phoenix stage, body, comfort and i loved! Never been a clothes hog, but man, i look at the Title 9 catalog to get me out of a funk, imagine what i will where then the money comes in, what to buy for my next big show or trip, or just because i like your ideas and patterns. Mind you there is no other catalog that is like yours. I buy some basic stuff from a couple of other mainstream catalogs, but Title 9 is MY style. In fact, your designs are right up my alley with some of the stuff that appears on my fiber art. But mine stuff is more free form.
So. all this is the background to let you know i am ready for more good skorts with good matching ‘benefits’. I don’t like the white or black ones. I don’t like the shorter running skirts-i’m too old for that and my knees are shot. But i look-as my 14 YO daughter says-pretty damn good in a fun skort, leggings and my awesome Title 9 boots. Since i do shows, farmers markets, teach vigorous felting workshops, constantly loading and unloading totes, spinning wheels, tables, etc, i really need a skort. Pockets are essential as i have 2 kids alone at home at times and i gotta carry the phone. The little pocket in back of one of the skorts is ok, but awkward to grab. I like pocket! Many of the people/women i know like pockets. Gotta have one the the tissue or cough drop for the kid, or the rock they hand you on the beach walk…
I love the color, swirly skorts, i have 2 i bought from you that are so used up! I keep looking for the perfect skort and when i do see one i like usually it is gone before i get around to buying. Such as one i just saw a few weeks ago….Money has been so tight lately, but i also think a good, unique outfit is part of the Phoenix persona i am developing.
I love the older rocking ladies you use occasionally, like on the camp-out dress i checked out today. There is a whole bunch of us totally active amazing women that wear your stuff; seeing active ,healthy, together women with a few wrinkles sells clothes to ME better, i am sure it would work on others too!
I haven’t received the catalog since i moved. Do you still have those great little clips on the different personalities of the models? One of the great selling points of your catalog to me. And the fact that you are a relative small company that designs absolutely fun, functional clothing or finds it and supplies it. I originally went to you folks because of the bras. Your bras Rock-and hold tight and comfortable. I am probably one of the only ones, but i wish you had more bright colors in mega hold D bras. .
Gee, i guess there is lots i wanted to tell you! Keep up the major good work. Hope i see more skorts soon!
I am ready for spring (much earlier here than in the mtns of AK!), exploring the Peninsula more with the kids, breaking into the art/teaching scene here.
Thanks for letting me Share!!

Just put down $$ for an Adventure Marathon Cruise on the Danube River! Doing various mileage in Buda , Pest and VIENNA! and a 12 mile bike ride in German vineyards at the end of the week we will have done the Full 26.2. I have done many Halfs and 8 Fulls, but all have been in the USA.
I have never been to Europe so now at 77 years “young” I am off for a European Adventure.
Working on getting ready for a tri or duo – ran my first ever marathon last June at the age of 50! Working toward new goals but unfortunately sprained my ankle on 10/31 – yep, running. 🙁 So, not ready yet but working toward that goal!
