I will do this challenge but my challenge will be stairs. Go up and down the stairs for 5 minutes, then 8 to finally do 12 minutes. Fast pace, doubles… you name it! Weeeee!

I’m in for beginner wall sits and beginner plank. You said to start off doing 5 minutes of each exercise, but I’ll have to work up to that!
Oops – we had a few renditions for the instructions. The chart is the most up-to-date, but we highly recommend everyone from beginner to pro athlete modify their exercises to best fit their person. –Christina@T9
