I’m going to master the pull-up! I have a Spartan Sprint on December 6th. I think if I can master the pull-up I have a better chance of making it at least halfway up the rope . . . . well it’s worth a shot, lol.

Don’t have access to a pull up bar so I’m doing wall sit – 15 dips – plank – 15 dips – push-ups – 15 dips. Not sure if I’ll increase the dips, already have noodle arms!

Thanks for inspiring me in a simple way! I’ll be doing all 4: intermediate wall sits, intermediate plank, advanced plank, beginner pull ups. It’ll be good to add on to my routine.
