Time is tight? Take a walk around the building – just to shake off the office cobwebs and take some invigorating COLD air in!

20 mph winds, hand filling empty heated water buckets , mucking stalls, hauling grain and hay, moving 60lb hay bales, and shoveling snow all help to make my morning routine less than lazy. throw in a 1.2mile run in my muck boots ( just because I can and it’s pretty out) or a 6 mile bike ride ( if the snow is off the road) and I feel better!
Whew, we’re tired just reading that. What an awesome way to work up a sweat!
