Each season we choose a “model” image for our catalog cover and web home page. Our spring catalog is coming soon and we need your help choosing our next hero image. Let your voice be heard!
I wholeheartedly agree with all the comments about featuring some women over 50 and just some more ordinary looking women in general. How about some teens also (not overly skinny fit teens please!). Most of the comments about your last round of catalog cover options said the same thing and yet, here we are with more choices depicting young, very fit women. Does anyone at T9 read these comments? I love so many things about your company. Please do better with this. Social media is hard enough for women. Please don’t have your catalog covers follow suit.
How about highlighting women over 50? We work hard too and for the most part our bodies don’t look like a 25-30 year old. Let’s keep it real Title Nine. The
I look forward to seeing your catalog and reading women’s stories. Your marketing audience may be larger than you are aware, and I agree with some previous comments about the age of the women… older women are active, and also sometimes have more discretionary income to spend on what they love. Don’t sell yourselves short by not including us in your marketing~ even include us doing things with some of the younger women. Multigenerational is powerful!! Also ~ not all women have to be shown as “all that they can do”, but maybe just loving one thing they do. There are so many things in this world that focus on “how much we can do”, that it can create a sense of women feeling like they can never measure up. The amount of things they do is not necessarily important. I am inspired and intrigued by those women who find peace and joy in what they do.
There was no one that looked over 25 in any of those choices . I’ve been getting your catalog for years and I’ve been hoping that you would try and feature some SENIOR women. I have many friends who are in their 60s and 70s and they are hiking, biking, playing pickleball, and active in all sorts of other things.
I have purchased your pants and other things from your catalog and will probably continue to do so. I just hope you will think about my comment. I am a 77-year-old young woman
Thank you Pamela. T9,
There’s only one place to get Capri length board shorts. For older women who still want to get in the water… but don’t want to wear short or tight boardshorts anymore. It would be great to have some high quality well made pull on (wide waistband) or comfortable lace up Capri length boardshorts… for older women or women for whatever reason, don’t want leg exposure.
You say these are “ordinary” women. What? They look nothing like me, and yet I shop at Title Nine. Ordinary women have cellulite. These are extremely fit athletes. Don’t leave the rest of us out.
I agree with you Meredith! I think companies like Title Nine forget that they have a much older customer base and need to include us in their photos, short/skort lengths, etc.
Simple: MORE diverse models across the spectrum, please

AGREEx1000. Come on Title Nine, know your audience and do better.
Active woman in her 50s looking for more inspo……feature us so the younger generation has realistic goals!

Peace and grace, Susan
Check out Jones Road makeup for how to use “older” models. Makes me want to be 10 years older 🙂

I couldn’t agree more!! I also think featuring older women is a lot more inspirational for women of all ages.
I actually agree with all 3 comments. Time to do better Title Nine.

Looks more fun for average people
