I am fit for adventure travel anywhere and everywhere in the world!
I am fit for teaching a kick butt class at the gym..fit for my “functional training” workout upon coming home by shoveling mounds of heavy wet snow ..fit for hopefully getting back out for a ski if the weather cooperates and turns back to snow…mostly I am fit for fun! – at 55 as well!
I am fit to enter Retirement and have so much energy to volunteer and run around with my grandchildren
I’m fir for going to med school with 7 children 🙂 And dragging them all to national parks this summer
I am fit to lift weights, ride, run, and whatever else I require of my body at 55 I love seeing comments from other women “of a certain age” that are kicking butt as good as any 20 something youngsters.
I’m fit for the mountains.
I am fit to do the Fight for Air climb for the American Lung Association. I am fit to run, lift weights, yoga, and do 50 pushups every morning (not the easy ones) at 57 years old. I am fit to keep up with my 21 year old workout animal daughter. And I am fit to help others along the way achieve their goals!
I’m fit for Marathon at 52. Scuba diving certified and bouldering at 54. And trapeze just for fun!
I’m fit to run. I run to stay in shape and to avoid the weight related diseases that plague my family.
I am fit to take on anything that comes my way, thanks to a weekly regimen of Mixed Martial Arts, running, biking, spinning and (not enough) Yoga.
