I just received your Late Summer 2015 catalogue in the mail. For a company that’s evangelical about women’s health and fitness, it’s pretty shocking that your cover is of a woman on a bike (not even just sitting, but standing on the seat) without a helmet. More similar photos inside (although I just glanced, I was so irritated by the cover.) That’s just so wrong for so many reasons, and not in keeping with your stated mission. Hope none of your customers have young kids at home. Oops, that’s pretty much your target market. Mine went straight in the trash.
you make a really good point .. I thought the same thing but did go through the catalog!
Carla makes an excellent point about using helmets. Even the young lady with the skateboard above is not wearing one. I am not sure but I thought I saw one for sale at the Edina, Minnesota store. It would wise to start putting Helmets on your active models.
First of all I have to say that I appreciate you trying to find fun, exciting clothing for women on the move. But I also think you are a bit hypocritical. I just read what you had in your latest catalogue speaking of the designer Oiselle and your relationship with title nine. I admire her story, and thank you for pointing out her accomplishment, but I also think you both are missing something. Not everyone is the size of the women Oiselle has on the video runway you are so proud of. You write in your magazine that Sally proves the old adage that “it is not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog”. Well, apparently size does matter! Your company is missing out on a huge audience by not having plus sizes, people who are trying to get fit, and want to look fashionable at the same time. Title Nine, You say she is taking on the interests of companies like Nike, well my advice to her is that you follow Nike which has launched a plus size line, a line I am proud to wear.
Agree, Agree, Agree You are so right. There are many plus size women and men out there that would love to purchase exercise wear from a company like Title 9 but they so not offer sizes to fit. Losing out on a lot of business.

yes, yes, YES! to all the comments about how you present your merchandise.
yesterday both T9 and Lands End catalogues arrived – I *loved* that the Lands End includes models of average American size (12? 14?). I can picture myself in those suits very easily (fwiw, I’m 5’5″ and 120 lb but I do have more curves than the models in your catalogue and my proportions are way different! plus i am not 18-29)
I’d order from LE without hesitation — but for T9, I’d have to go into a store to see whether and how well a design translates to me.
