Working Out
I am fit for me. I am fit for my daughters. I am fit for my son. I am fit for the YMCA members I come in contact with every day. I am fit for the casual acquaintance I run into at the grocery who glances in my cart to see my food choices. I am fit for my neighbors who see me faithfully head out on a run three times a week. I am fit for me and the life I love.
When I first saw Title Nine catalogs I loved their ‘real’ life women. But now it seems that you feature only women who are incredibly accomplished in every way AND incredibly fit and flawlessly beautiful. You’ve lost the ‘every day person’ feel. Where are the women who are normally fit and look like real people. Maybe they don’t make the clothes look perfect but they would at least look like the rest of us out here.
I am 57-years old, completed seven half-marathons last year, do Boot Camp once or twice a week, have been power walking with girlfriends every week for almost 20 years and yes, I work full time. I am short, can’t do a handstand on a surf board, have a bit of belly pudge, but am in pretty good shape. Why not feature women like me? Okay, maybe 20 years younger would be okay…
Debra, thanks for your comments. We love celebrating our customers and everything that you do in our gear. Next time you’re out power walking with your girlfriends in your T9 gear, snap a picture and tag it #MyT9 and post it on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. We feature active Title Nine women of every age on our social media every week. You could be one of them!
This 55 year old empty nester mom is fit for a spring Marathon looking to qualify for Boston! Feeling alive!
I am a 50 year old woman who is fit for golf, walking, hiking, and cardio-machines. I teach health and physical education in a public school in Missouri.
I run, play, swim, hike, walk, ski… Why- to show my kids that it’s fun to be healthy! I’m a work 8-5, and race to grab the kids so we can play. To show them women are strong- not skinny. To show them that seeing something on a screen is never as beautiful as seeing it with your own eyes particularly while having another sense such as touch- the water, smell- the dirt… It adds to the experience.
I would be able to purchase so much more of your clothing if it came in PETITE sizes. I am very short waisted.
Hi Cindy, we carry many of our pants in a “short” size such as the Standby: http://www.titlenine.com/product/211005.do. Check it out.
I teach fitness classes so do a little of everything, but my husband and I have a passion for biking. We average about 100-120 miles a week during rideable months. This year we have even ridden into not so rideable colder temperatures we love it so much 🙂
Prices a little more affordable. Love your style and creativity but prices get out of hand and can get work out gear at TJ Max. Will try to stay connected to your company. Thanks
I need Talls! Are you ever going to have them?
Hi Lisa, we carry “long” versions of many of our pants such as the standby. http://www.titlenine.com/product/211006.do. Check it out.
Like your real people vision. Yet there are many of us real people who are tall, like my 6 ft 2″ tall. Wish you would include real models who are over 6 ft. tall, and tell us each model’s height in the ad.
