Working Out
I love the quality and the feel of all the things I have ordered from you. I have 2 dresses in size small that fit absolutely perfectly, but I have ordered 2 tops in size small that I do wear, but I wish that I had ordered a medium instead. Sometimes it’s hard to tell.
Love, love the items offered, but agree that once you add on shipping it is often more than I care to spend . . . I also would prefer to earn discounts, and free shipping by how much I have spent than paying for that privilege with the Title Nine discount program. Please consider this so I can become an even more frequent customer!!!!
I wish sale items had better markdowns. also I wish there were more free shipping days. sizing could keep 50-60 year olds in mind. we want to look young too!
Everytime I go into T9 I’m like a child in a candy store! I absolutely love everything. I support this business because I love the product. I do agree with grandma essie, I have to say with the money I spend at my local T9 I don’t feel like a valued customer and wish T9 were as loyal to their customers as the customers were to T9. Too many options with on-line shopping for customer service to not be the gold standard. I happen to have a T9 in my area so i feel thankful I don’t have to chance anything by purchasing on-line.
Thank you Missy for reaching out. It speaks volumes that you want to know what your consumers think. I am more inclined to support you that much more. Go girl!!
I too have been a loyal T9 customer since before you were online. Many of my comments have been expressed but the shipping fees for me are a big deal as well as how long it seems to take to get to me. I also feel like many of the descriptions of clothing, especially pants could be better. I am a curvy athletic girl-size 6-but if the pants are not built for curves, they don’t fit and I am not willing to have to pay for postage if I’m not sure. Overall though, I am a huge fan and wish my budget was bigger so I could buy more. Keep up the great work and keep finding awesome gear-a girl can never have too much!! ( I still wear a pair of T9 running tights circa late 1990’s and they don’t stink!)
Not only is your catalogue have amazing clothes in it…but its inspiring to see all these amazing women doing awesome things (and looking darn good doing it)!
I was just looking through your catalog earlier today and thinking I would love to tell you that I feel underserved in a particular way. I have developed varicose veins in my lower legs that make me uncomfortable wearing all the lovely short clothing displayed in your most recent summer catalog. I would love for you to create some line of summer “tight” or pant that one could wear under those cute garments, so as to hide the unsightliness of, in my case, the varicose veins. Thanks so much for this forum in which to make my concern known; and the timing was nothing short of just perfect! Have a successful 2014.
I have loved Title 9 for as long as I can remember. For a petite athletic person the clothes cannot be beat. They fit great, allow me to be active, and wear washing after washing.
In addition, I am a pediatrician and have sent countless teenage patients patients to that store in Bellevue, WA to get fitted with supportive bras when they are larger breasted and active in sports. Not one patient has been disappointed yet! Keep up the good work. You have that rare ability to provide great clothes for a variety of ages, body types, and sizes, while making us feel good about ourselves at the same time.
I’m a tall granny, and not shaped like a toothpick, and I have a great deal of trouble finding good outdoor clothing for Colorado. Please remember that some of us have breasts and hips (although I’ve lost 20 lbs in the past year, so I’m smaller on both ends than I used to be!).
Have just ordered two items and will be eager to see how they fit. And tomorrow I actually get to go to a store for a bra fitting. Hope I can find one that will work and that I can order online when I’m not getting into a city.
I love looking at your clothing, but would love them more if I could fit into them. For those of us who are older and struggling to regain what we can of our younger figures, it would be a tremendous psychological boost if we could look good during our struggle! It seems a bit like Abercrombie&Fitch as well as Lululemon, when the philosophy of the store seems targeted only at young, fit women. We all go through body changes and it saddens me that the cute clothing just isn’t for us. I know you carry many items in size 14-16/L-XL, but my experience has been that they don’t fit those of us in that category in the real world. Thanks for listening.
