Working Out
Title 9 offers great clothing. I have purchased from the competition, but the quality, sizing, color palettes & designs keep them at the top of my list. I have never had to use the 360 return policy because I have been very p,eased with every item I have purchased. Shipping & returns seems to be where most people are complaining & yes I would like to save some money too!! Perhaps a happy medium can be had for both sides. I personally think the competitions (gap family member) can not compete in sizing or quality in construction & fabrics used.
Hey
I saw your catalog at my friends house in Oregon when I was visiting for Christmas last year. Love your style and have a skirt with trousers underneath which I love. Wish you were in Scandinavia were most of the time we do some kind of sport. I understand that if I buy something from your catalog and it do’s not fit, I am the one topay for sending it back. Is that right?
Title Nine is my favorite source for clothing. The items I receive are well made, comfortable and cute! I also love the reviews from other shoppers — they often help me (accurately) determine my correct size or make me aware of a particular feature I had not considered. I am thrilled to be supporting a small company owned and run by women as well. That’s just icing on the cake, and who doesn’t like that?
Very fun athletic clothing. I love the unique things available, however, the shipping can be prohibitive if you don’t live by a store. I ordered something for full price, which was expensive, and then two weeks after it went on sale. There was no way to get the difference back as a store credit or anything. I did return the item completely and it seemed silly to have this as a system. Keep up the good work with your choice of items, but please consider a better shipping system or price to keep up with your competition. Thanks!
Sure wish you offered free returns and exchanges. I made one order and 2 of 3 items didn’t fit. I was out shipping both ways. That adds up and could go toward a top or skort at your competitors that offer free returns. I’m more willing to take the chance with that guarantee. Would be a committed customer if you changed this policy. After all, each one of us women has a unique body style.
I have enjoyed buying clothes at Title 9 for years. I loved the sporty styles and other fun casual wear. However, I recently stopped buying most clothes at T9. The shopping experience was just too inconvenient. I live near Boston on the East Coast and found the shipping to be too costly if a garment didn’t fit or look flattering on me. To have to pay for shipping on an order and then on a return seems exorbitant. I was lucky last year when a nice customer service rep kindly waived the return shipping on a dress I was unhappy with.
Not having a store anywhere nearby where I could look at and try on clothes turned out to be a major inconvenience. At least free shipping and free returns would make this less costly. One of your biggest competitors (the one owned by The Gap) recently opened several stores in my area, and once I tried them I found that I really liked their clothes just as much as T9. I have spent hundreds of dollars there that could have been spent at T9 if they showed a better commitment to my geographic area. About 36% of the USA lives on the East Coast, but for some reason T9 doesn’t feel we are important enough to open a store out here. I guess Opening a store in Kansas was more important. I felt insulted.
Title nine does carry an amazing array of sports bras, and I would consider buying one with them again, on that they have no competition, though I haven’t seen any full belly bra tops for larger breasted women.
I hope I have not been too negative, as I love the whole T9 culture, but unless T9 makes changes I will almost always take my business elsewhere.
I have been ordering from Title Nine since the beginning. One of the first places I could buy athletic wear that was not small and ugly men’s sweat clothes. Many thanks! Still love you!
I love Title 9! Just one suggestion – we have some incredibly talented women on the East Coast – I wish our contingency could be represented somehow in your catalog! I’d be more than happy to round up some great girls if you ever want to organize a photo shoot in the fabulous and active state of Vermont!
When your catalog arrives I always go right through it … not something I do with most other catalogs and while most of your clothes are not what this 72 year old would feel comfortable in, I wear only your bras and am sporting at least one shirt, one dress and one pair of pants from T9 that are many years old. Love the service.
I love your clothes, especially your dresses, but I am 52 years old and 5 feet 9 inches tall and almost all of the dresses are too short for me. How about offering some longer lengths for us more mature women? Thanks, Jean
