Working Out
Hello,
The quality and selection of the products you offer is usually top notch; pricing can be a bit high (but for the most part it’s competitive with the likes of Athleta and such) so I tend to try to wait for sales whenever possible and hope that my size will still be available! The catalog presentation is always very well done.
I sincerely appreciate the fact that yours is not a massive corporation and tries to remain as grass-roots as possible; however based on the fact that you have a decent number of retail locations you are somewhat sizable. I imagine that Title Nine does quite a bit of business.
That being said, my biggest and only real complaint with Title Nine is the lack of affordable and/or free shipping and lack of free exchanges/returns. I live in Ohio and therefore have no way of visiting a store; as a customer I am penalized if I need to exchange a size or return an item if it doesn’t fit correctly etc. Any internet retailer should offer this as a basic customer service; especially when the customer doesn’t have access to a brick and mortar store. In addition, you should also accept AmEx. I’ve been told by small retailers that AmEx charges a higher percentage that Visa and MC, but let’s face it Title Nine customers aren’t buying cheap/inexpensive clothing.
Also, please consider opening a Title Nine in Cleveland. We have Athleta and Lululemon but I’d rather give my business to you guys whenever possible.
Thanks for the opportunity to leave feedback!
I love the clothes and styles you carry. I only return if something doesn’t fit, but I always reorder and love the selections. I think it is great that you carry clothes of all styles and makes, because not everyone is a perfect size and height. We clothes for real people and that’s why I keep coming back!
I echo the comments about showing more real women in your catalogs – both older and not tiny. I don’t even look at the Athleta catalog anymore because the women and the poses they take are totally unrealistic, and despite being at a healthy weight, I’m put off by those images. I also agree about the high cost of buying at T9 but know that if you offer “free” shipping, you’re going to have to make it up somewhere, most likely by raising prices.
I love the Tomboy fabric and would like to see more tops in it. I have several, one of which is stained but I still wear it at home because it feels so good.
Love your clothing. It’s all comfortable and I love that, but it’s also quality which is what look for. I’m a busy Acute Care & Family Nurse Practitioner and I lover the easy care that I’ve found. I visit your Leawood Missouri store when I’m up there, otherwise I’ve shopped online & catalog. I don’t want to wear anything else anymore. Keep up the great work.
I love your clothes but wish they were made in the USA.
I love your products! I’ve enjoyed everything but the dresses, which I have returned. The size 8s do not work for a full-chested woman (32E). I first started ordering from you because of your running bras. Unfortunately, the ones I purchased are no longer available. The ones currently in my size are too “orthopedic” and uncomfortable.
Love the swimsuit selection here too but again, pleading for underwire options for us larger breasted women who actually work out but dont seem to be freatured in the catalog; maybe partner with Miraclesuit? Thats my new favorite. (I find them on EBAY cheaper than retail) I can always only afford bras when they are on sale as well. Bring down costs, offer more selection to the buxom crowd and I will continue to patronize this company.
I love the clothing as well but they are so expensive. Quite I bit over priced. Also it would be great to see sizes for smaller breasted women, especially in your bathing suit area.
I love your product but you need to offer more at affordable prices. The ladies in my circle are all pretty much middle to high level middle class and we all agree that workout/comfortable clothes should not be a somewhat major clothing purchase.
