(Our local, classically trained -Pilates studio closed down and I never imagined I could be so forlorn. Classic Pilates opened me up to an intimacy with my body unlike any movement/breath work I have ever experienced. And it’s not the same to do the movements by myself. I think I would benefit from moving to a city with more exercise choice.)
I’m a 79 year old g-ma of 16 grand kids, lost a dear lil girl to CHD about a year ago. Just completed the Heart Walk for Lil Mended Hearts today by walking a total (all week) of 50 miles. Sofia was my Lil Hero! Wish I could better afford your neat clothing line.
I believe in “dressing for success” in all kinds of weather so being outside can always be a sublime experience!
I believe in going outside in the middle of the night and staring at the stars,
I believe in the healing power of being outdoors,
long deep breaths of fresh air,
and taking time to be silent and listen.
And I believe in spending as much time as possible
in the company of good friends and animals!
