Working Out
I believe in family. I believe that the best of times can sometimes be the simplest of times. That trying your best and just getting it done can sometimes be the same. That a smile can make all the difference and it doesn’t cost a thing. I believe that wind is wonderful and sun on your face can warm your very being.
I believe in laughing until you pee.
I believe being your own hero.
I believe in STRONG coffee.
At 50 with school aged children, I believe it’s okay to act my shoe size which is 9.5. I run and play with my kids as if I were one of their friends. My kids benefit from being and playing with me. And I benefit from the workout which never feels like a workout. I move differently when playing with them, using my muscles differently than working out at the gym
I believe I am an overall better person after a good run and a hot shower.
I believe that hard work pays off. I believe that marketing is an essential part of a business. I believe a brand for a company is the equivalent of the soul for a human being. It is unique. It is what makes us who we are. I believe that like an athlete needs a strong core, a business needs a strong core. I believe marketing is the key to building that strong core for a business. I believe that marketing is the fuel to power the sales engine. I believe in the power of marketing. I believe marketing matters.
I think all women with a variety of shapes should be celebrated. I really can’t wear most of your clothes because I have a “Mediterranean” body shape. It took me a long time before I figured out there wasn’t something wrong with me. We are not all from the same cookie cutter mold.
I believe that a gym membership isn’t worth a penny as long as my dogs aren’t welcome. That a tired, well exercised dog who will stay out of trouble, be happier and keep the pounds from accumulating on me. I believe in fresh mountain air, simple food, lots of water and clothes that let me LIVE whether on the mountain or in the office.
I believe that we all are made of light, and by remembering this we can allow our authentic selves to shine through. I believe that every person is unique with different gifts and challenges and I am tired of cookie cutter anything. I believe that our nation’s political systems and school systems need a loving overhaul. I believe that Title 9 clothing allows me to shine my light, to be more authentic, to swim that extra 5 laps or walk the extra 10 miles just because, believe it or not, the clothing helps me to feel better about myself.
I believe that mistakes are really successes in disguise. And I believe we all deserve to have our sufferings eased.
Love and Light,
Tambra
I believe as my yoga instructor says, “Motion is the lotion!”
I believe a woman can wear what she wants, and be what she wants to be. Anytime and everywhere…And be comfortable…
I believe I have asked to be removed from your mailing list twice and it doesn’t seem to happen. I don’t like this kind of marketing tactic, and it is one more reason I want out.
Hi there Karin – I have passed your information on to our Marketing and Customer Service crews to follow up on removal. Notice should be received via email today once complete. –Christina@T9
