Working Out
My latest adventure was receiving a new liver last summer. One of my doctors introduced me to T9 dresses so after my transplant, I updated my wardrobe with a new dress and a pair of shorts from T9! My husband and kids have helped me recover by taking walks and bike rides. This summer our family wants to take a big adventure to see Yellowstone, the Pacific Ocean and the Grand Canyon on a road trip. It’s exciting to be healthy again!
my husband and I took my brothers ashes to the sea , scuba dove the Christ of the abyss and dove 91′ on the spiegal grove in key largo , then cruised to the Bahamas for my birthday and scuba dove with sharks and stuarts cove , your gadget dress was my best outfit for the weekend ,
It was finally a sunny nice day in Minneapolis, and I had a 2.5 hour drive to pick up my elderly parents. We headed to a local lake with a beautiful park and 2 tennis courts. I got out on the court and played a set with my 90 year old Dad. (I’m 64.) We both have been high school coaches and love the sport. Dad was awesome and it was such a “high”. At the end of the set, my daughter’s family appeared. She hit with grandpa, and I fed the 4 and 6 year old balls. The grandkids played in the park, and then we found some ice cream cones a few blocks away. The best part was family at all ages together seeing the joy of and “playing” together!! Best day ever.
I commuted to work by bike (10 mi) then went west over some of our local scenic roads in N CO gaining 5000 ft and totaling 80 mi for the day.I am training for the Bike Tour of Colorado.
I am on a month long adventure driving a rented bongo van south from Cape Tribulation to Sydney, Austalia! We are a bit more than halfway through our trip and have dove the Great Barrier Reef, sailed the Whitsubday Islands, hiked in the rainforest, camped in caravan parks, petted kangaroos and kualas, eaten meat pies and exotic fruits and vegemite, walked the beach at sunset and seen all manor of birds and plants (plus gotten sunburned and bitten by mosquitoes!). My T9 swin suit, t’s and especially my one piece dresses have been invaluable along with my head lamp and insect spray.
We just spent two weeks in the Florida keys canoeing, canoe sailing and fly fishing, and I wore my 9″ Rogue shorts (grey and lavender) every day! They were perfect for our water activities, and I also wore them in the pool, around the resort and even out for errands and casual dinners. LOVE TitleNine! Thank you for another great product !!!
My latest adventure was running the Boston Marathon. After many years of trying to qualify, I finally ran a fast enough marathon last year at age 70 and last month had the once-in-a-lifetime excitement of running Boston with 32,000 other people, almost all of them younger than I am.
Mother’s Day 2014, the adventures – WoW! The day started with an enjoyable flight flying over the lakes, rivers and farmland in a 150 Cessna. Heading back home to cleanup the kitchen while making a pan of lasagna. Then off to the workshop to bend, hammer and create utensil jewelry. Next a bareback ride through the woods and fields on my trusty horse. Eating a wonderful homemade meal with loved ones. A short bike ride. And to complete the day – I grab a frozen snack bag of blueberries to share with a friend,as we travel to the nearby State marshland to watch an Osprey’s nest, Sandhill cranes, Canada geese, Wood ducks and others settle in for the night. This is a great life!! Thanks for providing the clothes to help me DO IT!
My latest adventure was driving back roads through the Yucatán looking for really great ceynotes (limestone sinkholes full of beautiful cool, clear water). After several wrong turns, various conversations with locals about where Agua Dulce might be, driving the wrong direction for several kilometers and turning around on our own we ended up at the Agua Dulce Ceynote. It was down a small dirt road off the barely paved back road and was closed! We could look down the deep hole to the ceynote and there was a spiral staircase but the other openings were closed up. Thank the Maya Gods there was another ceynote close by, so we went that way actually finding a few locals building a small palapa for food sales. There were steps and ropes and stalactites and floating through the cool blue water and looking up at the ceiling reminded me of an open rock crystal glinting down at me! Ceynote Palomacitas is now on the official list of ceynotes visted in this beautiful place.
