Aquatic exercise, swimming, yoga, cycling, hiking and weight training. Love moving my body!
One word: SCUBA, what a workout. Also, Paddle boarding. (OK that’s 3 words) ..oh and how about fencing, I worked every muscle in my body fencing!!!! And two of these sports have “smashing” outfits!
Horseback riding, kayaking, and just started Tai chi/qi goong, a great way to keep the body loose and limber and keep the energy flowing!
Camogie, Hurling, Gaelic Football, and sometimes Ultimate Frisbee and a little Hiking.
Tennis, which requires skirts with a little longer boy shorts. Also, traveling which involves a lot of walking — so nice looking, but comfortable and breathable clothing, which you are GREAT at providing! You are also spot on with appropriate clothing for training and hiking. Thanks!

I am an avid golfer who also walks, bikes (leisurely) and does yoga…we could use more golf friendly clothing…ie, skorts that have pockets that will hold golf tees and a ball, a back pocket to stuff your glove into while you putt. Love your clothing, so easy to wear. (I am 67, healthy and active.)
