Find balance in the
wind and root down to the ground.
Reach to the sky. Grow.
your eyes speak stories
each blink, another page turns
I yearn for your touch
Santa’s sleigh jingles
gliding over rooftops as
children wait, watch, hope
Little kids laughing,
enjoying the seasons glee.
Don’t eat yellow snow!
Christ was born today.
Mary and Joseph rode in,
on a tandem bike.
I hear sleigh bells ring.
Listen all, Santa’s coming.
Nope, a girl rides by.
Mountains topped with snow
Dusted white, halo like glow
Peace I hope we know
Santa ain’t the one
to enjoy cookies and rum
puppy had some fun
economy down
no one to buy me presents
here’s my bag I won
Crisp, clean, cold weather
brings giggles and excitement
to faces all ’round!
