Life is one long sail through different weather conditions but always seeking the sun, always seeing the silver lining in every cloud, and exploring, exploring, exploring!
No do overs??? If it’s fun and exciting, I will do it over and over and over again!
I am 5’5″ and wear between a 2 and 4 in pants size. I live in Washington and am from Montana.
I am a hardcore skier, I raced when I was younger and then telemark skied for a while and now am racing in college again. I ran cross country and distance track in high school. I love getting out and backpacking, skiing, hiking, walking, biking, and just being in nature in general. I did a NOLS course (National Outdoor Leadership School) in New Zealand and trekked across Ireland. I have lead outdoor womens empowerment groups (GUTS! Girls Using Their Strengths) and worked in outdoor therapy, Outdoors For All, with children of all abilities – especially with children with Autism and down syndrome.
There’s nothing better than a misty day out on the trails. Except a good s’mores. A good s’mores beats everything.
Passion for: increasing understanding between those in conflict, empathy, compassion, and love!
Loves: nature, children, inversions, and cold water immersion.
Plans to: skydive with her son on his 18th birthday later this month and start an empathy practice group in her home.
High heels and pencil skirt? No thanks! Wet hair and tan lines? Now we’re talking.
